I am currently reading Three Cups of Tea: One Man's Mission to Promote Peace . . . One School at a Time by Greg Mortenson and David Oliver Relin.
It is a wonderful and inspirational true story about how a man's failed attempt to climb K2 inspires him to make the promise to an impoverished mountain village that he will somehow return and build a school for their children, especially the girls. I will not say anymore so I don't give the entire story away. If you are looking for a good, easy and positive read, give this a try!
